The Supplier Clearinghouse is an entity whose primary purpose is to audit and verify the status of women, minority, LGBT, and disabled veteran-owned businesses, and to establish and maintain a database of WMBE/DVBE/LGBTBE firms that is accessible to the CPUC, participating utilities and the public.
